Fee Schedule
90791 psychiatric diagnostic evaluation (Intake) –$260.00
90834 psychotherapy 45 minutes – $195.00
90837 psychotherapy clinical hour (50-60 minutes) – $225.00
90847/90846 family psychotherapy with/without patient present–$210.00 90839- emergency session - $225.00
90887- consultation fee - $170.00
Substance Use Evaluation- $400.00
Therapist fee or legal proceedings, etc.- $225.00 per hour Cancellation/No Call No Show fee- $100.00.
Please note: Nebraska law states that the custodial parent has ultimate financial responsibility for payment, regardless of the divorce decree. The custodial parent, not this office, is responsible for settling any financial issues with the noncustodial parent.
Inspirit Counseling Clinicians are also willing to provide cash rates on a case by case scenario. Please visit with your individual therapist regarding this option.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice. If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you may be required to pay for the session
[unless we both agree that you were unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control]. It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for canceled sessions; thus, you will be responsible the cancelation fee. In addition, you are responsible for coming to your session on time; if you are late, your appointment will still need to end on time.
**Please note that there will be an additional $30.00 charged for every check returned and an additional 3% of cost fee when using your major credit card.
